The Ethiopian Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) launched a capacity-building training for its leaders, designed to support the implementation of the new national change initiative. The training emphasizes enhancing self-sufficient leadership qualities, enabling the institution's workforce to play key roles in supporting Ethiopia's Prosperity path through seamless coordination, motivation, and timely achievements.
H.E. Eng. Lelise Neme, Director of the EPA, opened the training. In her opening remarks, she highlighted the importance of the training in fostering a scientific mindset and work ethic, which will further equip the leadership in discharging their responsibilities to protect the right of citizens to live in a healthy and favorable environment.
