The capacity-building training that was given to the leaders of the authority in the last three days has been completed. (February 18/2024, Bishoftu)
Effectiveness in the institution and equipping the leadership with knowledge, ethics, competence, and motivation is the task of the time. The training that was being given on various topics was completed to turn the theory based on motivational topics into practice, exchanging experiences with each other, developing effective team thinking to achieve the vision and mission of the institution, strengthening group awareness and practices, as well as the best experiences of other countries.

After the training, the Director General of the Authority, Excellency Engineer Lelise Neme stated that the main objective of the training was to build competent and exemplary leadership and the training would achieve the intended goal.
In addition, H.E. stated that to achieve the goals and mission set as an institution, the management should be able to effectively carry out the tasks that have been started by cascading the training concepts to the officers’ level.
The H.E Engineer finally announced that the capacity building program has been officially closed by thanking all those who participated in the training as a coach, coordinators, facilitators, and trainees to make the training a success.
